Before the session

• Ask participants to bring one course and one learning outcome they want to improve.
• Confirm which AI tools your institution supports and what its AI-use policy says.
• Remind everyone not to paste student records or other protected information into any tool.

Running it

• Keep the outcome on screen the whole time; every draft is judged against it.
• Pair participants for the syllabus draft so they compare two AI outputs from similar prompts.
• End with the review checklist: the goal is a draft a person has checked, not a finished product.
